Job Title: Head of Digital Technology

Location: Arkansas, USA

About the role: To lead and drive digital transformation for the company, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Industry 4.0, Cloud, and Blockchain to increase operational efficiency, enable innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with industry 4.0 trends.
  2. Lead implementation of advanced technologies including AI/ML, data analytics, blockchain, RPA, Metaverse, and cybersecurity.
  3. Drive adoption of digital initiatives across business functions and geographical locations.
  4. Set and enforce robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., CCPA, GDPR).
  5. Build strategic partnerships with startups, innovation hubs, and technology vendors.
  6. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous learning among teams, with a focus on digital upskilling.
  7. Lead SOP development and best practice sharing across digital programs.
  8. Engage directly with business teams to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  9. Represent the company at global tech events and forums as a thought leader.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

  1. B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science preferred, Top Tier College)
  2. Certification in AI & ML
  3. 18+ years of experience in digital transformation across manufacturing or service industries.
  4. At least two full cycles of Industry 4.0 implementation.
  5. SAP implementation experience using external tools is mandatory.
  6. Should currently be working in a billion-dollar organisation.
  7. Minimum 3 years of stability in any prior organisation.
  8. Demonstrated success in change management and technology adoption, with case studies or references.
  9. Cybersecurity and Compliance
  10. Business Acumen
  11. Strong Communication & Executive Presence

Relocation Support:

  1. Up to $10,000 reimbursement-based relocation bonus (receipts required).
  2. Must sign a repayment agreement – if voluntarily leaving within 12 months, relocation costs must be repaid in full.
