This role offers hands-on experience that develops your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee/tea, and business acumen, all aimed at building your understanding of store management. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:_**

_Note: Vacation accrual varies by state and role level. For example, in CA, roles below director accrue up to 190 hours, and at director or above, up to 316 hours annually. In other states, starting at 120 hours for roles below director and 200 hours for roles at or above director._
The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as job-related knowledge/skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
