Telecom Project Coordinator (Closeout & Financials) – 100% RemoteJob Title: Project Controls / Closeout CoordinatorLocation: Remote (Must support CST or EST time zones)Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (~ 6 months)Pay Rate: $31.25/hour (W2, offering benefits)Overview:Seeking three highly organized and detail-oriented Project Controls / Closeout Coordinators to support ongoing telecom infrastructure projects. These roles are fully remote but require availability to support project teams operating in Central or Eastern time zones. Ideal candidates will have experience managing project documentation, closeout deliverables, financial tracking, and vendor coordination within the wireless telecom industry.Key Responsibilities:Track and manage project financials, including purchase orders, invoicing, and change ordersMaintain documentation and ensure timely coordination and submission of closeout packagesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones and data accuracyMaintain and update internal trackers and third-party systemsAssist in preparing reports and communicating status updates to project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with internal procedures and client requirementsSupport process improvements and provide administrative coordination as neededQualifications:Experience in project coordination, closeout documentation, or project controls—preferably in telecomFamiliarity with AT&T projects or systems strongly preferredIntermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management toolsStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-throughAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (flexible start times as early as 6:30 AM CST/EST)Markets Supported: Minnesota, North Texas, and New York/New Jersey (candidates can reside anywhere but must support one of these markets)Travel: NoneOvertime: Not expected (OT rate 1.5x if applicable)Background Check: Required (10 years, includes DMV and employment verification)Drug Screen: 10-panel required (no exceptions for THC/medical marijuana)Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship requiredSponsorship: Not availableHow to Apply:Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a current resume and note which market (MN, NoTX, or NY/NJ) they are best suited to support.Feel free to also contact Mollie Karns directly at ...@selectek.net | 678-###-####
