Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity

Established, stable, state-of-the-art, Fort Smith, Arkansas, bulk materials/chemical processing facility is seeking a manufacturing engineer with chemical processing skills, or a chemical engineer with manufacturing engineering skills.

$80-90K + 100% employee medical, dental, and vision care paid by the company!

Technical support for troubleshooting and improving plant machinery and operations. Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes, and other process-related project work as assigned. Work closely with the facility director, general manager, and operations superintendent to ensure on time and on budget delivery of all projects.

Qualifications/requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, ceramic, or materials engineering
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing engineering or chemical processes or project engineering
• Prefer experience working with polymers or in the plastics industry
• Experience working in an API Q1/ISO 9001 environment a plus
