We are seeking a Plant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our construction materials production plant.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and guidance to plant personnel, including operators, technicians, and maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze plant performance, including production, quality, and cost
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure plant success
- Manage plant risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in plant operations and management practices
- Provide leadership and mentorship to plant teams
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in construction materials production or related industry, including 2+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful plant management and operational excellence
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
