We are looking for a highly detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting transactions . The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and capable of handling AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Process and ManageAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivablefunctions.

Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions inQuickBooks.

Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least2 years of experiencein accounting with a focus on AP & AR.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience withQuickBooks.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to workon-site in San Pedro City, Laguna (Night Shift).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
