If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended*.****Job Details:****SUMMARY:**This position is responsible for producing the best quality bird for the plant while maintaining low cost and a highly motivated workforce. This requires scheduling birds for processing according to weight in relation to what the plant needs communicating with the growers and giving advice on management practices and monitoring various feeding and health programs for broilers. Other responsibilities include planning boosting schedules for birds to be vaccinated monitoring cost reports plant production DOA s etc. comparing to the previous weeks performance and working with accounting personnel to ensure the accuracy and status of all broiler settlements.
