This Position reports to:Production Supervisor Job Description: Production Support: Load assembly lines with necessary parts, use air hoists, and assemble components accurately to meet production goals and quality standards. Technical Skills: Read diagrams, comprehend written instructions, and use/learn basic computer systems like Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems. Teamwork & Communication: Communicate with team members and supervisors about part or equipment issues, order supplies as needed, and support site objectives through strong interpersonal skills and cross-training.
