CRH - - Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of diverse sizes and weights across various quarry and construction tasks.; Adhere strictly to all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.; Promptly report any equipment or operational issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.; Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation, maintaining compliance with company protocols.; Assist in mentoring and training less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair to enhance team capabilities.
